Technological Processes Used in BEVT AD

Mechanical Processing

  • Manufacture of half-finished details of bar and sheet material;
  • Plastic processing of metals in cold condition — punching, stamping, drawing, cutting and others with efforts ranging from 2 to 260t, and components overall dimensions from 2 to 1300 mm;
  • Manufacture of rotating axis-symmetrical components with overall dimensions of 2 to 200 mm by bar machine-tool automatics, general lathes and lathes with CPC (central processing control) — inclusive of Indian 6 spindle lathe automated machines AS32 and AS48, Hungarian CPU lathes EEN 400. Swiss CPU rod automated “TORNOS BECHLER-ELECTROR” 16, German made “DEKEL”, “MANO”, Russian coordinate gringing CPU machine with movement in two and a half axes;
  • Processing of components with prism bodies with overall dimensions of 10 to 400 mm by general milling machines and milling machines with CPC, including programmable centers MC 032, CM 522-61;
  • Flat surface, center and no center grinding;
  • Electrical erosion — including the use of German made volume erosion machine INGERSOL, Swiss fiber erosion machine AGIE, Swiss volume erosion machine AGIE;
  • Manufacture of toothed wheels with straight and tilted teeth — module of 0,3 to 2 and diameters of 8 to 100 mm; including Swiss cog mills “WAHLLIW91” and “WAHLLIW93”;
  • Spot welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals;
  • Electric arc welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in inert gas medium;
  • Thermal processing in chambers and vacuum electric ovens, and in salt bath furnaces;

Annual production capacity: 1500 t of components.

Laying of protection coats

Surface processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals — etching, oxidation:

  • Etching of parts of ferrous and non-ferrous metals with dimensions ranging up to 350 mm;
  • Oxidation on ferrous metals with dimensions ranging up to 50 and length 400 mm;
  • Anodic electrolytic oxidation of aluminum parts with dimensions ranging up to 700×700×1,2, 3 mm; available facilities for subsequent paint covering in green and black;

Galvanized filming of ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces:

  • Galvanization of ferrous and non-ferrous metals parts with dimensions ranging up to 600×600×3 mm;
  • Cadmium plating of ferrous and non-ferrous metals parts with dimensions up to 600×600×3 mm;
  • Nickel-plating of ferrous and non-ferrous metals parts with dimensions up to 500×500×3 mm;
  • Silvering of ferrous and non-ferrous metals — minute electronic parts and parts with dimension ranging up to 250×250×3 mm — plates and strakes;
  • Tin-plating, tin — bismuth plating of ferrous and non-ferrous metals — minute electronic parts and parts with dimension ranging up to 250×250×3 mm — plates and strakes;

Pasting, priming, varnishing and painting of metals and plastics.

Annual production capacity: 60000 sq.meters.

Manufacture of instrument lits and non-standard equipment

  • Utilizes 395M Russian abrader;
  • BKUE German coordinate grinding machines;
  • MIKROMAT 6S German machines.

Assembly of modules, blocks and finished devices

  • Cutting and cleaning of leads and cables by automated machines;
  • Winding of coiling machines, chokes, transformers with row and toroid winding, radio-frequency coils and transformers and others;
  • Manual assembly of commutation and connecting elements;
  • Saturation of printed circuit boards — manual and by means of semi-automatic work stations with group “wave” soledering;
  • Manual, mechanical, electromechanical and electric assembly of modules, blocks and devices;
  • Varnishing, impregnation, cutting, compounding and hermetization of modules;
  • Final assembly, adjustments and testing of devices and spare parts in open, in shielded rooms;
  • Laboratory climatic, mechanical and electric testing of modules, blocks and finished devices.
