BEVT AD is engaged in scientific, research and development, implementation, engineering, production, commercial and maintenance applications in Bulgaria and abroad in the field of consumer video and audio equipment for reception and reproduction of programs with civil application; communication devices for the defense; Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) systems.

- Certificate of quality ISO 9001:2000 Certificate No QS-2682 HH and ISO14001:2004, Certificate No EM-3642HH issued by Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH;
- AQAP2110 Certitificate Series SK No 0029/2005,
- Facility Security Clearance Certificate in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Security Directive up to the NATO SECRET, valid until 30.05.2009.
In compliance with the requirements of the Bulgarian Law on the Protection of Classified information, BEVT AD has a registry for national classified information with Level “Top Secret” and a registry for NATO classified information with Level “NATO Secret”.
Company's headquarters are located in Veliko Tarnovo. The company has 2 production sites, easily accessible by auto, railway and air-borne transport. Gorna Oryahovitza airport is some 10 km from company headquarter, Varna seaport is 210 km away and riverport is 110 km away. Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria lies 250 km to the West.
